FIRST TIME CLIENTS
State law requires anyone receiving any type of medical service (including infusions) to complete a “Good Faith Exam” (ours will be done via Telehealth). Safety is our top priority and we want to make sure you are medically cleared to receive our services. Therefore a ONE-TIME exam fee of $30 will be added to your invoice. This clearance is valid for one year and grants access for all infusions and injections during that time. It can be completed at your infusion appointment or beforehand by a link we will send to you upon scheduling.
